It's where the club keep the several thousand supporters that they wheel out once a year for the annual trip to the North East.

This new car park could be a revenue earner for the club, we could advertize it on the away fans section of the website for their supporters coaches (if its wide enough for them to turn around) or back them into it etc, or the supporters cars.

Would the locals be interested in paying to park ?

Could we intice any locals to pay a reduced fee for a car park season ticket etc ?

I dont think they can charge for Car Parking as under the agreement when the bluebird was sold to Mr Lucas the area must be kept available for patrons of that establishment so how can they tell who's who and where they are going.

Hahaha...

Good news though. I'm guessing the tarmac will run along the side of the Bluebird to Holker St, thus solving the problem of getting your footwear [SwearFilter] up on the way to turnstiles in the rain?!?!

I guess we're coughing up the whole amount or is Lucas chipping in, seeing as he'll benefit from all this??
