They are to old to stay on, thats not the issue, its the way, the timing and the excuses given for them being released thats the problem.

Thank you for your reply, it answers a lot of my questions, sorry if i may have come across as a bit negative, it was just frustration.
Hopefully you can address some of the problems and make the performance centre the aim for young players in this area.
