Re: Ticket Sales/Refunds
Another thing they could consider is to ban away support from games that could help stop the virus from spreading to other regions at least that would keep the season going to its conclusion, just another option perhaps

Re: Holker End.
When we played Bristol Rovers we were housed in an area that had a canopy roof, its roof construction consisted of a heavy canvas covering, don't know about how and what holds it up but construction engineers and Architects will know more about that, some Rugby Union clubs down South has them.

Re: Barrow vs Stockport to be live on BT Sport
I don't think it will affect the crowd too much, maybe less Stockport but what is the TV payment? I think it's around £6/7k ballpark... Minus costs for feeding BT and putting in scaffold etc. I believe the figure is 8K for each team which adds up quite nicely when you get as much T.V. time as we ha...

Re: CORONAVIRUS!
I cannot see this happening,, how are clubs going to pay the wages when there's nothing coming in, the powers that be in China not letting the doctor to announce it sooner really need to look at themselves.

Re: In all seriousness
I think I have said this before, The Harrogate Chairman in an interview on T.V. when they had a chance to go up through the play offs said "we know we have to relay it" and we had a firm on standby to relay it immediately the season finished if we did get Promoted, so the club are obviousl...

Re: WHEN BARROW PLAYED CHELSEA
Obviously I don't know your name but I was told Phil cowing bought it and gave it to Dave Ayres, one thing you did not mention was it was signed by George Weah, Mike summerbee said it was the only shirt signed by him during his short stay at man city. I have said who it was signed by. George Weah m...

Re: Todays games
Harrogate are quite ready to replace the plastic pitch, their was recently an interview with their chairman and he said they had a company ready to come and replace it at the end of last season as they really thought they were going up.

Re: WHEN BARROW PLAYED CHELSEA
In 2002 Mike rang the club and asked if he could come to Barrow and see where his father played, along with wilf livingstone who brought a wealth of photographs I showed him round the ground, also there was the guy who wrote his biography, he requested no publicity so it was as he requested, the ma...

Re: 2020 Vision
Absolutely against any share with the rugby. I wish them well but there is no way the pitch could take the battering. When we played Oldham a few years they had just spent £250,000 on their pitch after the rugby side they shared with had moved out. Now people may want a plastic pitch to allow this ...
