This is the second thread on here about people allegedly shouting nasty things at a football match, which to me seems ridiculous. It is not meant to be the church outing and it is a little bit of education for kids that they are not always in a protected bubble. They will learn that sometimes adults can be nasty and sometimes bad language is okay depending on the environment. I’ve had to navigate my own son through these invaluable lessons and the odd street fight after games – that wasn’t very pleasant but it gave him further awareness of what is out there.

Rubbishing your own players is a bit beyond the pale though, especially when they did so well yesterday – go to the naughty step for the next game.

I hate bullying, and despise bullies. As a mod if I see any bullying it'll be dealt with.

Saying that, some people need to realise that putting your point across in a forceful manner is not bullying, similarly if you don't like the response you get that doesn't constitute bullying.
