It seems like they have had a problem themselves for quite a long time.
Even last year against Bradford there was racist chanting from their fans as well as sick references to the Fire at Bradford football ground.

They obviously knew who the lads were singing the songs but nobody seemingly confronted or reported them at the time.
Maybe they should get their own house in order before throwing shit about alleged comments from us.

The EDL are not racist. They are against Muslim Extremists and unless I’m mistaken there is no such race called Muslim Extremists.

I couldnt help but laugh as the irony washed over me of us being called "knuckle draggers" on thier forum as thier own fans fought with each other infront of an EDL flag.

This has been an evil stich up from start to finish.

1) Nat Brown alledges soemone has called him a monkey, no one hears it, including the police who were stood next to the tunnel. 2 yards from where he came out for the second half at Barrow ( It would help if they made a public statement). The manager then lies about chanting, then random and utterly deserved abuse from the crowd is dressed up as racism- the 26 Macclesfield fans who arrived know for a fact it was hostile but there was no racist shouts ot chanting. NAT BROWN LIED AND SO DID HIS MANAGER.

2) On to the away, we sing " You know what you are, lying [SwearFilter], you know what you are" this is apparently racist now. [SwearFilter], we were wary of chanting cheat as that was what was used last time to lie about our club.

3) Then the EDL pop up, probably with their own agenda, possibly not all Macc, abusing our players and fans and clealry just up for trouble and a box, but not enough not to start fighting amongst themselves.

4) Alledgedly, one of our players calls Nat Brown a liar, then it kicks off at the end. HE IS A LIAR AND IF ONE OF OUR PLAYERS SAID THIS THEN I APPLAUD THAT PLAYER.

5) Then some more shit on twitter etc from Macclesfield.

Cowards, liars and bigots all of them- horrible club and they will reap what they sow when they go bust next year or so.

None of them have any bottle to substantiate any of these allegations, nor back up what they said on the terraces, hiding behind a racist organisation and lies from a set of players who are under pressure and haven't the slightest interest in their club.

They have maligned our great club, for no reason other than to follow their own agenda. If anyone, in Barrow, or elsewhere, believes any of their shite more fool them.

It's interesting to see the reaction on the Macc forum. Some are shocked at the EDL flag and some seem to be reveling in it and continuing to call Barrow racists and hope our club folds. They are clearly some very unreasonable people on that forum and the decent Macc fans seem outnumbered. Clearly not really representative of Macclesfield fan base as most of them were their to watch football ball just as we were, and at Holker St. (FBS Stadium) as well.

These plonkers on the Macc forum act like 13 year olds, looking at the idiots with the EDL flag on the terrace they were a lot older. Mental age possibly?

Lets hope the league fixture between our clubs is attended only by real fans of Barrow and Macclesfield and none of these idiots that have caused all this trouble, a low key event (with 3 points to Barrow of course).

On a side note... When I type Macclesfield into any gadget or software that spell checks, why does it suggest Mansfield instead?
