Been busy as hell all week so not had a chance to get out in my lunch break and get a membership. Managed to today and found that the shop isn't open Thursdays...

So for that reason,

John L will no doubt go into the fine detail on the other AGM topic but a quick, & no probably not very accurate account is.....

Basically we've had a bad 18 month but we're coming out the other side ok.

The development is still ongoing with the other site/bidder having what sounded like a clean slate so better for them in some respects but we have other things going for us & it's now at MP/Goverment level. The money is put aside for it, it's just where, that has to be sorted - no date as it's totally out of the BoD's hands.

If we were relegated it COULD affect the develpoment.

The constitution needs looking at.

We took a big hit financial wise after Wembely.

Brian Keen goes out nearly every night of the week.

All the BoD's were voted back on with no one voting against (interesting, where were all the people who want this board to step down  )

Dave Ryder nearly goes out as much as Brian.

Floodlights still need looking at & reducing in height (apart from the new one)

Touched on & hinted at loans made to the club by directors.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.
