No BarrowAFC page on the BBC sport website - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/barrow

Less options and markets for betting on Barrow games :(

Splitting the radio coverage with Wukkie.

Not as much coverage on Sky Sports News, especially on Soccer Saturday.

Dont forget that is based on THIS season. With 3 Northern clubs coming down plus other moves, the milage will be reduced a bit yet.

How the hell are some of those in The Conference NORTH??

And are there Conference South sides that have to travel to Durham and stuff?

Primarily Shaun it is down to the London centric nature of the country and the number of clubs around the capital.

It's because of this, basically:

Red = lots of people. Blue = hardly any.

I find it interesting how few BSN/BSP clubs there are in Tyne+Wear/general North East. Is that just because they have 3 big-ish clubs with huge local supports, which doesn't leave much for the lower level clubs?

Good, it might encourage a few more to make the effort to attend games rather than sit on their backsides watching telly.

The lack of Tyne/Wear area sides in the BSN is mainly down to the fact that the Northern League have always steadfastly refused to join the non-league Pyramid. Reasons unclear but I suspect it originally had something to do with saving travelling expenses.
