Do you know the reasons why the club got rid of Darren Sheridan? I think there are good reasons why he wouldn't be brought back.
As mentioned previously there was more happened at Gainsborough than what was mentioned on the radio.

From what I've been told he should be gone. You cant do what I've been told and have a job. In my part tine job at KFC, if the queue was long and someone called me a [SwearFilter] idiot. I wouldn't react as i'd know my jobs on the line. Bayliss has had free passes and hes still living on them. My job would be gone, I'd be sacked and i'd lose the 4.89 I'm on an hour would be lost, I've [SwearFilter] most of that up at Barrow home and 'away' 'performances'. What [SwearFilter] me off big time is the fan in question served in Afgahn to fund his travelling home and away works hard and would feel guilty killing a spider!. What fans does Bayliss thinks going to be at Gainsborough away ? The boo boys who want him out or the loyal fans who are [SwearFilter] sick to death of seeing the same old [SwearFilter] dross home and away. Alty, brackley, hendsford and today. [SwearFilter] shite. Hes turing on his own and in that one of his loyalist supporter.

Also what does 'Being a family man have to do with it ? The clown has quoted it several times. If your a [SwearFilter] family man make a success of your cushty job and don't commit acts that will get you the sack. His family wouldn't of been there because he's getting 'dogs' abuse at home  [SwearFilter] ask Turnbull and Wilson what dogs abuse is Bayliss has had it easy for too long. Don't say [SwearFilter] this and [SwearFilter] that on the radio when kids are listening.

People say you cant compare being a football manager you can.

Those saying we have a tiny budget, weak squad etc need to get real....the squad we have is proven at this level and should be more than adequate to finish mid table

Everyone should boycott the next game so the board have to get some balls and sack Mr Bayliss ! Or will Tony Keen and his merry men brush it under the carpet ! I have lost all faith in everyone bar the players at Barrow AFC and won't be attending any more games until changes happen on all fronts !!! Get some balls Tony Keen & Crew and get rid, then go Yourselves !!

What a two-faced [SwearFilter]!
He never gives a toss about the families of all the players he shafts within weeks of signing them and runs a vindictive campaign of harassment to drive them out.

I don't know why the club got rid of him- I have no idea, however I do know that every great Barrow AFC moment of the last 5 years or so happened when Sheridan was here.

Don't want a debate on Darren Sheridan but it is undoubtedly clear that since his departure Bayliss has not been able to produce anywhere near the magic that existed at the club when it was D&D.

On the point about Bayliss and if he was sacked how much would the club actually owe him?
We don't know how much the club owes him in unpaid wages and expenses as well as other bills that DB has paid and what his actual settlement would be if he goes? DB did reveal that he'd been paying for the training facilities for the last part of the Conference campaign which cost something like £40 an hour and I think DB has paid for lots of other things.

Whilst paying Bayliss off would they be able to afford another manager - could see Meechan be made caretaker manager because the club wouldn't be able to afford another managers wage?

what a joke every club should be able to afford a manager thats how much of a shambles this club has become bayliss should be sacked for his performance and actions regardless of pay offs etc as what club lets there manager try to attack its fans with no repercusions the man will think he is untouchable when he shouldnt be

Who said we couldn't afford another manager? The nearest anyone has come to saying that is JVL who inbetween his point's put in the word "would" & that is only a question anyway with no factual back-up.

I think over the course of numerous topics we've got the jist of your view's, so not really much point in repeating them is there?
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

What's Matt Henney up to these days? He's a nice man.
