Initial reports from a couple of Tamworth/Nuneaton fans:

"Strange town with strange people. Have to watch it though as they have idiots who come out for big fa cup games if past is anything to go by"
"Loads of scummy people, I mean scum. Be prepared for rocks, objects, whatever, smoke bombs aimed at you"

Should be fun 8-)

First Ramsbottom, and now off to Sheepy Road. We'll end up drawing Derby County at this rate! ;)

How many leagues below are they?

Should be another easy win.

They're at the same level as Holker Old Boys, Step 6 (We're Step 2).

Should batter them then. I wonder if their players are even being paid?

I often wonder the same about ours.

Got to play for the draw and maximise income streams in a replay. If you're boycotting FBSS, are you allowed to go to this or will you miss all the fun eh? That'll really put the foot among the pigeons for the conscientious objectors.
We will follow the soccer, over land and sea...

They were much talked about on last Saturday's 606 show.

They do not get paid or get travelling expences, in fact all their players pay a weekly sub to the club.

They are the lowest ranked club left in the competition.

Atherstone - we played at Atherstone back in the Vic Halam days. They kicked the sh*t out of us from what i remember of the game, but at least we came away with a win :D

They are 5 lIve/606's team of the FA Cup, so they might be following us soon, and we could get some decent national mentions if we have a decent little run.

I don't remember playing them under Halom but we did meet them in the Wilkie era, in the 1988/89 FA Trophy (so the season between the one when we reached the semis and the one we won it). We won 4-1 away.
