Better than the old one but if you want an honest opinion, it looks a bit "busy" if that's the right word, bit too much
everyone is entitled to their opinion, deal with it

The shop, obviously, needs work, and in 2014 folk really should be able to buy tickets online, including away fans. If this not being ready is part of getting it all sorted out, then I'm all for taking the time to get it right.

Aside from that, I like the look of it.

Although, having looked at it, whilst it's up to Paul what he wants to put in a mission statement, it's grammatically incorrect as it stands. ;)

Shop and Eticketing are on the way, but won't be launched until its absolutely spot on. It's taken a lot of work to get this far.

Like it generally and a big improvement on what we had. Sounds like a lot of the stuff that will really make a difference (shop etc.) is still to come though, and I think making sure it's right before launching it is the right thing to do.

The picture of Edmo here is from when he was at Workington which is mildly irritating, should be one of him in Barrow colours http://barrowafc.com/team/managers-message/

Finally got round to checking out the new website. It looks fantastic. A massive improvement from the last one. I'm sure improvements are always ongoing at this stage, but it would be cool to have the @BarrowAFC twitter feed on the homepage somewhere. Also, the Sponsors section right at the bottom has a slider to show more sponsors, it'd be cool to use a slider for 'Next Match' and introduce 'Last Match', with it showing the result and a hyperlink to the Match Report and YouTube Highlight if available. Other than that, looks brilliant. Oh, and putting the League Table on there, but again, that's probably in the process of getting sorted.

I like the way Harrogate have displayed their match report on their site.

We have that for home games, but for away games we struggle.

If some kind fan would like to write a few words for away games we'll use them!

The new site is much too bizee. The right / left scroll goes thru too quickly. There is no league table. There is a very much easier way in which the site can be made for navigation. If it cant then its no good having the site.
What is needed is deep thinking and logic

Just been looking at the honours section on the official site and I noticed it only mentions two promotions after topping the NPL, in1984, Vic Halom and 1998 Owen Brown . What happened to 1989 and Ray Wilkie's team topping the NPL? Over to you Peter!

Liking the look of the new site, great to see Barrow Lad, Dave C and Matt getting the recognition their work deserves and agree Matts work is getting better by the game, keep on tinkering Matt all criticism should only be taken as constructive. Well done to all the people that initiated the new site also!

There is a lot of tinkering going on, and more to be added. The site is work in progress so will evolve as we evaluate the feedback.

Thanks to Colin at Fat Media for his hard work. Apparently Morecambe fans are now moaning because the MD of fat media is a Morecambe fan but "we have a better website"

League table and all fixtures now online. The league table will look a lot nicer one the designers get their hands on it, but its a stopgap
