For all things Barrow AFC. Keep discussions civil and fair, we're all Barrow aren't we!

Was just thinking that myself. And they all seem to write in a similar vein.

Sam Shez was our last player who could pick a pass. And now we have Mellor & Fofana who ive not seen enough to state what type of midfielder they are, and Lacey . . .

Whatever people think of Edmo he see's these players a lot more than we do , they are obviously not performing in training either. Fofana has gone from MOM first game to coming on for shoring up the midfield last 5, Mellor can't even make the squad most games. Time to hit the loan market at least

[quote="SayitagainSam"]From reading the Aldershot forum on Friday they were confident about "beating a side with Simon Grand in defence".- THEMASTER POST Sep 21. 11.19am.

That's because they know him, he played 6 games for Aldershot-Team No. 1 - RELEASED. Same as:

2. Rochdale - RELEASED
3. Carlisle - RELEASED
4. Grimsby Town - RELEASED
5. Morecambe - RELEASED
6. Northwich Victoria - RELEASED
7. Fleetwood Town - RELEASED
8. Mansfield Town - RELEASED
9. Southport - RELEASED
10. Telford Utd - RELEASED

By 'RELEASED' you mean, Contract expired and new offer not accepted,
plus one of those was a TRANSFER - Vics to Fleetwood.
The Rochdale 'RELEASE' was after he'd won Young Player of the Year and
they couldn't afford to keep him.
Rochdales youngest ever Captain.
Captain at Northwich
Captain at Southport.
Captain at Telford.
Captain at Barrow.

Every game he played at Aldershot he played at Left Back !!!

I've had the 'pleasure' of being his injury fixer since he was an apprentice.
Great attitude but not a good 'tipper' !
