In his recent address AC did say "As always, you know where to find me if you have questions or concerns, and I am always happy to answer them."

Maybe he should have indicated exactly where and when that is.

Andrew also declined any chance of speaking to fans in a fans forum event stating he was 'to busy' after saying speak to him on Saturday.....

My main frustration is that five of the last six threads have all covered much the same topics and this one is just another excuse for people to harp on about their pet subjects and then, of course, for people to start bickering.

That's just a summary of the history of the Forum.

Again may I ask if the Trust have approached the club to set up some kind of meeting or do they not see the need for it.

Imagine if we'd just employed proper football people on key board positions (especially CEO) from the start of Cassons reign rather than letting Cass Junior have a play about

This is not 'a top quality squad' either.

The three Pauls sat at the fans meeting this summer and basically said we needed 22, less loanees, good quality and a coherent strategy. Paul Cox is gone and Paul Ogden went and came back. Paul Casson has said little. Behind them was Austin Straker who has now gone too, as has Sean Riley who we got in to stop a worrying level of injuries that occurred under Edmo. Instead we had Yussuf played unfit, Diarra kept on the park when he'd done his hamstring to try and buy a point to advance a case for a job.

We have claim and counter claim (on both sides) being leaked to willing participants, one which clearly is this narrative that it was all Paul Cox's fault. I think he has played his part in this but are you seriously, seriously telling me that all the blame lies at his door? Behave. The sheer mess of this shows the organisation isn't being run right, taht's not personal, that's an unavoidable conclusion.

In place we have kept Mickey Moore on, despite a patchy at best 'trial period' where it was very clear we didn't follow up and other enquiries. Nothing against MM but the contract having to be paid up a la Edmo was clearly a factor. Work with what we have and get behind the side, fine of course but please don't insult intelligence by describing it as a strategy that has some link to playing style!
Sums it up really a meeting with the fans needs to be called unless they are scared to have to clarify things.
One thing the Cassons have achieved at this club is DIVISION.Maybe thats the plan

I'm frustrated at the constant negativity on this site. We are not a Premier League side (and they find themselves under too much of this kind of knee-jerk reaction shite). Can we stick to hoping for the best, game by game please - the stuff ON the pitch? Just for a week or 3?

I'm on the board of the Trust at the moment and as you've asked I'll answer...

Members of the Trust Board are due to meet AC on Saturday. It's been pre-arranged a good while and wasn't really connected to any of the 100 threads on here regarding various frustrations, real or imagined . It's more for stuff like how we go about the End of Season Dinner, pay for Community Projects etc. All of which is neither secret nor clandestine :D

I wasn't going to go but if folk want to ask reasonable questions (ie, not 'when did you stop beating your wife?' they might get an answer via those that are there. However to be fair, it's not what the meeting was meant to be for so you couldn't really be up in arms if AC decided not to answer them. I know you are reading this AC and PC and do think it wouldn't be a bad idea to take questions though.

I think everyone needs to take a breath and calm down. I know I do. I was very fed up on Saturday with a variety of things and it's not when you are at your most sensible or indeed coherent.

As we have the Trust AGM on Friday at the club I would also urge folk to come to that, then actually on behalf of those there we can make your feelings known.

Don't be silly, they've always got to be negative about something ;)

He summed himself up perfectly sat rolling his eyes, arms folded and legs crossed in a sulk in the directors box Saturday. He doesn't like to be challenged or take other people's opinions onboard!
Wow. If thats true then that is disgusting.
If a chief exec is sitting doing her/his job at a crucial point in the working week and a group of customers/individuals come over and challenge the chief exec's performance or ability to do the job in a manner reported to be less than pleasant, what is the correct response?

Why even ask? There are bandwagon airheads who can't think for themselves so they lap up the current anti-owners' Daily Mail or S**-readership-type scrote juice drivel nonsense they glean from other deadheads and think they're doing something for some reason. If they can actually think.
Too many egos, too much knee-jerk, not enough thinking...you know, thinking.
What happened to this site.
