Have to say I'm a fan of this move. A significant improvement on PL and BLK. I'm familiar with some of Joma's work and I have to say, I quite like their designs. I look forward to seeing what they have in store for us next season.

Understand it’s not necessary to be mentioned but feel credit needs to be given where it’s due..imo the new BoD, the fans & club in general have achieved more in the space of a few months than the previous owners during their few years at the helm its inspiring stuff.

Great news again , I really hope they come up with a design that stands out in modern day football,something that makes people say I like that shirt who is it, something different that people want to get out there and buy it. We have had too many standard looking rather boring designs of late.

Kits- I think the BLK strips have not been any better than Playerlayer. We only just got the right socks for the home kit half way through the season. Gold one, a good seller, but horrible imo. Plainer the better for me. No panels, no swooshes and no stripes

Wont be going back to old badge. Clubs are moving away from that old style.

Easier for manufacturers to produce. Look at Dagenham, Maidstone crest changes in recent years. Even City have gone to a much simpler crest.

Yes many clubs have moved away from older shield type club crests as easier to digitally reproduce. We did this at the start of the Casson era and if I remember there was a lot of interest in it which resulted in the current Barrow badge and the Bluebird logo. Now we have new ownership would a refreshed take on the current badge be good way to signify the new era. Maybe a Competition. There is some creative genius out there. A new badge that signifies a new era?
