BAFC Fans Forum Evening
BAFC Fans Forum Evening
Morning all,
As promised some weeks ago, I can now give the details of an upcoming Fans Forum / Meet the Owners night. The format will be an overview of the club's current status from the directors followed by an opportunity for questions. As requested by a number of fans, the emphasis of this meeting will be to give an overview of the club's position financially, however I'm sure there will be an opportunity to touch on other subjects too.
As the Cross Bar is booked for a function on our preferred date (to coincide with a visit from Tony Shearer), the event will take place as follows:
Friday 22nd November 2019
Co-op Bowls and Social Club
Dane Avenue (Hawcoat)
19:00 for a 19:30 start
**Cash bar only**
For any who haven't been to the Co-op Club before, there's excellent parking to the rear of the clubhouse.

Re: BAFC Fans Forum Evening
Hopefully as many as possible will make an effort to attend. The team are flying at the minute and giving their all on the pitch.
So an hour or so to listen to what’s happening behind the scenes and what direction the club wants to take next. Also maybe hear in what way we can help if at all should be the very least we can do as supporters.

Absolutely Mark. It should be packed with supporters wanting to hear what’s going on, what needs doing & possibly how the finances are doing.McMark wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 5:31 pm Hopefully as many as possible will make an effort to attend. So who will be selling the football card if you aren’t there?
Re: BAFC Fans Forum Evening
For those people who can't make it ( I'll be out of town for the day & won't get back till late ), will anyone be taking notes at the meeting, possibly with a write up on here or elsewhere.
Thanks,
Thanks,

I’m working so can’t attend but if anyone could put update on here of what’s said it would be appreciated or pm (know people don’t agree with you knowing if not in attendance but alas not everyone can make it)
everyone is entitled to their opinion, deal with it

Re: BAFC Fans Forum Evening
IMHO The running/operating costs will surprise a few & it will be alarming to some but its all manageable & with the expected much better future gates & a huge increase in Corporate, Sponsorships, Merch sales etc is something we can eat away at & become more semi sustainable in the near future.
IF/WHEN 2200/2500+ become the norm for the rest of the season that & the associated spin offs would be huge in helping our title quest.
