Totally lost our heads after the sending off (this goes for one or two in the popular side as well). Some on the outside looking in will be questioning our bottle after witnessing that.

How anyone can argue that it wasn't a sending off is beyond me, it was clear as day and it will be a waste of paper trying to appeal it.

Let's hope that it was just one of those days and we can regroup and get back to it as we have been doing for so long.

Disappointed today but still in our own hands. We dominated the game but two moments of madness and ill discipline cost us. One was whatever Kay said to the ref early on for which he was reprimanded. After that he and the team got nothing at all from the ref and I thought it was a good move to replace him as I could see him being sent off. The other was Scott Quigley and the challenge on the keeper, utter madness which lost us our dominance. Perhaps one other factor was the ref who should have sent the last man off for the challenge which led to our penalty.

Morbid you lot top of the league still re group go again. No excuses with quiggs head rush no 50/50 nonsense two foot studs up to a keeper in any league you are going off. 9 games to go and play harrogate as well ,they have double the fixtures crack on stop crying go again. Played well for 60 mins then lost it when down to 10. Keep the faith keep going , only thing from a personal opinion is I don't want to see Harrison play again this season whole body language of no interest to me , use the you the young lads.

I just don't think it was a red card quigs went in for the ball 50/50 in my opinion I agree Harrison needs releasing he is awful our strength in depth is a worry

We cannot afford to miss penalties and expect to win league's after that Rooney tried too hard ! I was really excited when Jones came back but we look so disjointed now .
I'd have to see it again but I said straight away it was a red.
It's up to Evatt now how we change the forward play now Quigley will be out , just hope the players don t get too down about this game because we NEVER should have lost it .

Defo red card, the ball had gone away from him. It was frustrating afternoon for Quig’s ending in that red card.

I hope to see Barry and Taylor back in the side soon as I think we missed them today.

Since barry has nt been playing such an attack minded footballer pins the opposition back , drilled that penalty against the inside of the post and diagonal back out massively unlucky , you watch any game of football and if a player sliding in catches the other players with any type of stud there off 50/50 60/40 so how anyone can say a two footed studs into the keeper is nt a sending off regardless of playing it up or not its modern day football

Difficult selection problem up front for 3 games with Quigley out. A lot to ask of Soule if he's still here and Vye.

Can’t keep missing pens; absolutely dominated the first half (admittedly without creating much) score that we probably win.
Ridiculous tackle from Quigley, was never ever going to get the ball, was frustration more than anything (same as Rooney, arguing with our players) but now he’s missing 3 games at the most crucial time of the season for us and let’s be honest we’ve known all along something like this would hurt us, bringing on the likes of Brown and Harrison isn’t going to win games
Not sure if it’s the match fitness issue with Jones or what but he just hasn’t been the same player since he came back, no idea why Platt went off instead today. Hopefully Brad Barry will be back ASAP because Kay doesn’t look the same player out there either
