It'll be interesting to see how many people actually use this facility

How many folk will know its there? we need some better videos like Sutton did showing the Fanzone area finally completed.

I am sure The Mail will pick up on this as they trawl through websites and social media for the latest "scoop" Word of mouth also works. I am aware as I expect a few others are of some folk who have been missing games due to no cash on the day. Make it known to them that it is no more and cash payments on the day are available.

Glad to see that the club has at last listened to the supporters about the need for a cash turnstile and is providing one in the Fan Zone area.It was nice to hear that the club was prepared to change it's policy and has not forgotten it,s older supporters,shift workers and poorer families .I am sure we will now have more supporters turning up to each game as a result.Well done to.everyone concerned.

Semantics. The main thing is that supporters can turn up with cash and buy a ticket on the day of the game, which is what they’ve been asking for.

There are NO cash GATES any more.

You can still use cash to buy a ticket in the fanzone.

See above cheers. Just for the record, not many are availing themselves of this.

The turnstile is 20 ft from the hut and there are opportunities for food and drink.

However, if you do know of a fan who usnt going because of this by all means direct them there.

Hope you told them that it really isn't a faff and that they can buy a ticket in advance and in the fanzone right up to kick off. Id say its been a huge success going ticket only on the turnstile and 99% of fans have adapted to it without issues. If you see these people, offer to help them out, meet them at the fanzone, show them how easy it is.

What was a faff in the past was queuing up with cash and keeping a tally chart on the back of an envelope. Painfully slow getting in. It wasn’t that long ago either,
