Your pessimism hasn't been realised. Carlisle and Oldham lost tonight, Scunthorpe drew.Sea Dog Sam wrote: ↑Tue Dec 07, 2021 3:09 pm
If Carlisle/Oldham/Scunthorpe win their next three? Which could happen. And we lose our next three? Salford, Swindon and Northampton - 3 top table sides. We'll in a very precarious position. Hysterical? No.
Pessimistic? Yes.

Why would Oldhams form suddenly become so good?Sea Dog Sam wrote: ↑Tue Dec 07, 2021 3:09 pm Oldham visit on the 28th December. It's possible that going into January we could be 8 points behind them - possibly 11 - after the visit of Bradford

Those 2 matches and the Carlisle match were truly dire and I can't see where a goal is coming from at the moment. Luckily, Carlisle and Scunthorpe look to be in the same boat so I just hope we can manage to find somebody better than they do in the transfer window.
