Wakeling in for James and Canavan for Beadling. Slightly surprised about Wakeling - but i'm guessing he's there to do the James run all day role for the 1st 45 or 60 mins and then bring James on? - watch him go and score a screamer now instead
Lancashire;- born and bred

I don’t think Matt Platt’s heart has been in it at all this season imho. A change of scenery will probably do him the world of good because I do think there is a decent player in him.

Surprised James is out as he would have been up for it at his old club - not that he needs a reason, always works his socks off.
Will be interesting to see how Gotts and / or Stevens fit in to this team when match fit.
Taylors 3rd start in a row - who would have guessed that.
Interesting how when Kelly took over last year he brought Taylor and Brown back in as regulars when we needed to steady the ship and now Cooper doing the same. Guess we need as many natural leaders out there as possible.

Change of formation for Hartlepool, could be a stinker for them or a hard game for us. Be interesting to see what happens with platt, maybe a loan?

Perhaps Wakeling has just been impressing in training? We haven’t really seen too much of him compared to Harris

Seems odd that they are still not using a proper changing room for away teams??

Ahh, good, Lee Turnbull co-commentating.
Don't let the old man in.
Re: Hartlepool v Barrow match thread
Beadling was hit and miss last week so no surprise hes out esp for a centre back we've bought with a good reputation. Young lad obviously shown something in training or maybe hes the one with pace out of our attacking options

Beadling's injured but it probably just made Cooper's decision easier.
