Because supporters are the same no matter what club you support. I know a number of Walsall fans are calling for their managers head now and they were certainly saying that at Bradford the other week about Hughes.

Some great signings made by the manager has certainly freshened up the team. Gotts back to his best and putting himself about a bit is a plus, Farman being less unpredictable the same, but the main Element for me has been Sam Mclellan in the middle with Canavan - three out of four clean sheets. Long may it continue.

Can't remember anybody actually demanding his head though the forum being what it is there is always a lot of moaning and bitching. It wouldn't be a forum if there wasn't.

The main worry had the run continued was not that PW would be fired but that we would drift into the seasons end very poorly leaving the question about what happens if we lose a few at the beginning of next season hanging in the air. That has now been squashed and demonstrates that both manager and squad have the quality that we knew they had but might have temporarily "forgotten".

Our defensive performances in the last four games have been nothing short of magnificent and there is definitely a correlation between this and McClellands return. Took him a couple of games to adjust but I noticed a significant tightening of the defence during the Colchester away game that we were very unlucky not to win. Its not just his performances but in the balance he creates with Canavan and Ray. I'd go as far as to say that atm we may have the best back line in the division - odd given our poor GD.

George Ray has been miles better playing as part of the 3 centre backs as well; been unlucky not to have collected a couple of man of the match awards in this little run we’ve been on

Another great battling performance,yes there is a high correlation between barrow wins and McClelland playing,for me man of the match was Sam Folley brilliant at breaking up play with a great work ethic

Thinking ahead to next season, assuming we are going to stay with 3 at the back, we will need to replace McLelland. Perhaps Feely was signed with that in mind, otherwise we will need a Mclelland Mark II.

Mclelland played at right back in the first game of the season as Warren switched to left back to replace Patrick Brough for one game. He then came on as sub against Bradford to replace the injured George Ray who then had a spell on the sidelines.

Some on here forget it's a Forum but I suspect they are writing from North Korea
Things have changed from a team who had the majority of possession and not getting a result to like yesterday only 31 % and winning.
Think the rebuild is on the way. now
We must get a decent striker the defence is better now Sam is back but it's the lack of goals thats worrying.
The rule that the team who scored first usually goes on to win easprived wrong against Salford and yesterday listening to the game we had a bit of luck to take all three points .
