Crawley, a game we cant afford to lose

Lose and Crawley go above us by one point albeit Barrow have a game in hand. With a daunting trip on Saturday to the most inform team in the country in Doncaster who i might add have come from nowhere to be only three points behind Barrow, the Crawley game is imperative not to lose imo. Barrow have not won away since December the 22nd so things don't bode well unless Barrow snap out of what ever they are in and put on a display to give fans hope. Barrow are 6th for a reason so WE ALL know how good they are. Draw wont be a bad result so lets get that as a minimum.

Personally for me it was the wrong team selection yesterday (easy to say now) but with Stockton nursing a knock and Ray sent off obviously didn't help. Crawley will be difficult, we are poor away from home in 2024 and they are right below us so up for the fight but we need to match it and we are 6th for a reason because we get results. Only a couple of teams have lost fewer games than us and we still have one if the best defences in the league so we don't turn crap overnight we are just having a bad spell. To pick up 3 points on Tuesday would be massive, I'd take 1 ! Donny away could be a serious test, go there and prove a point or come home after getting stuffed then flapping for the remaining 2 home games. Fingers crossed by Bradford a week on Tuesday we are in playoffs

It's an irony that we arrive at the last two away fixtures of the season and those two fixtures now transpire to be against the two teams most likely to steal our play-off position. Well, it can go one of two ways . . . we can feel daunted and crumble OR we can pick up the cudgels and rise to the challenge. Only one of those is an option.

Incorrect - if we lose against Crawley & Doncaster, but still manage to win our last two games (highly unlikely after the way we've played in the last 3), then we can still get pipped on goal difference to finish 8th.
I really am worried where the next points are going to come from.

Or could lose to Crawley, Bradford and Mansfield but if we win at Doncaster (they must be due a defeat soon) I think we would be almost certain of a playoff place (70 points each and they would need two more wins and a swing of at least 11 in goal difference). Walsall would have an outside chance of catching us but would need three good wins.

Lots of scenarios, but a point or better tomorrow would be gratefully received. Things will be a lot clearer by Saturday night!
