BAFC project.

Post by spirit of 1990 » Mon Jul 22, 2024 5:34 pm

Perhaps a bit of a long shot, but is anyone replacing a kitchen either now or in the very near future? If so we are after some kitchen carcasses for a job at the ground, we only need a run of 2-3m. The doors aren’t really important as we can change them to suit.
It’s for a quite important upgrade but not one that we want to spend a chunk of our kitty on so any help would be greatly appreciated.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

I have a mate originally from Ulverston that owns a kitchen business in Manchester. He said that he can sort you out if you can collect. PM me and we should be able to do something.

What a fantastic offer we’ve had off the friend of April 1972, unbelievable really. Going from hoping for someone’s old kitchen units to actually getting some bespoke units made for us. This will massively improve the corporate corridor and part of The Chairman’s Room, not just visually but also on a practical level for the staff.

The gentleman will make these to the dimensions we have supplied to him and the club will pick them up from the Manchester area when at the training ground.

Not sure how these things come together but somehow they do 😁

Thanks to April 1972 and Andy - his friend.

We’ll add these pictures when the job is complete.

Never ceases to amaze me, the generosity of people for this club. Yet another example as detailed above.
