Re: Next Head Coach?
I’d take anyone that can make his players put a foot in and give 100% for the shirt. And maybe shoot every now and again.

Re: Next Head Coach?
That's a complete contradiction. How can you say that those 4 were "...all of the same ilk"?! Cooper and Brown DID have a proven track record. Who would you suggest has a "steady record" at every club he's been to (and, er, is available)?
Don't let the old man in.

Like many others have said, no untried managers, the timing isn’t right for that. Someone who has done it at this level, is proven and ideally free at the moment and without knowing the ins and outs but what about Jon Brady?

Browns last two clubs Swindon and Southend 31% and 25%.MisterPleasant wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 12:38 pmThat's a complete contradiction. How can you say that those 4 were "...all of the same ilk"?! At Barrow 22% worse than Clemence we stayed up because there were two teams worse than us not on Browns success.
I missed of the Indian club he managed which was 20%.
Mark Cooper again his last two clubs prior to joining us Notts County 30% and Forrest Green with loads of money to spend from Dale Vincent till they got rid 39%.
Would have looked at Coleman but he is at Gillingham.
Not sure just someone with experience.
Re: Next Head Coach?
Andy Crosby was favourite on them all before markets were took down
Re: Next Head Coach?

Re: Next Head Coach?
Christ, no! It took us long enough to get rid of him at EFC.
Baines or Duncan would be immense appointments, but I don't think either are really serious options.

FORZA BLUEBIRDS, not over enough to have a say on who we appoint next but just hope it’s someone who can steady ship and keep us in this league.
