There was a group of lads in the crowd rightly shouted and stopped him, he just turned round and started arguing with them instead.
Unfortunately we have an element of knuckle dragers at our club just like most clubs. Wish they would do one, total embarrasment to the club.

I know the lad, he was telling farman to speed the game up and stop [SwearFilter] around with it, hardly abusing him, but that wont fit your narrative will it

Totally job done. The shrimps have to win 5 out of 9 games left to go above us and that is taking into account we don’t pick up anymore points!!!
Hopefully we will will now see some of next seasons players and see what they are like

Four points out of the last 2 matches happy with that, when was the last time we beat Morecambe away, remember winning at Christie park but not sure if we have won at this ground. Why did the Police send 30 young Barrow fan's to Preston because they arrived early in Lancaster most of them did not make it to the match ?

Not sure what you mean when we're supposed to be having a wholesale clear-out to allow the manager to bring in his own players, which he can't do at the moment.

Ok. 14 points clear of relegation and 14 points from the playoffs, so clearly our season is over with so few games left.
Yesterday I watched with a Morecambe supporter so was side on to the pitch. Their first goal was offside, their second took a deflection and they should have had a third (the Dallas miss). Our defence looked very creaky at times.
Time for AW to inject some new blood into the team

Like many on here I was more than impressed with Lee Angol. Canavan had such an uncomfortable afternoon because of him and that doesn't happen all that often. I did feel the defence was a bit found out after solid performances at Notts Co & Accrington. When you do not have a defender with pace who can cover the others there are always going to be issues. (Probably missing Vassell). They were a bit fortunate with both their goals but Morecambe caused us problems throughout the game when they did get into our final last third.

One thing that was painfully obvious was we did not shoot from distance enough. The second goal came form the keeper spilling it but that's what Smith thrives on & Campbell had shot from distance. We can't do that all the time but we need to do it more.

Bit concerning about Barton pulling up in the warm up listening to Whing on the way home they are not sure what the issue might be. If he does get fit the state of the end of season pitches in L2 might not help his progress.

My view from from behind the goal was that Angol bullied all 3 of our centre backs, Williams for the second goal particularly. Farman was embarrassing for that goal as well. I did hear someone shout something like FFS Farman we’re getting beat when he was taking ages, he turned around and shouted something back. For me he’s been a good signing for us but I hope we don’t re-sign him next season and I’d like to see Stanway given a run now.

I thought we made Angol look good yesterday. As good as we were with the ball i did think that when on the odd occasion Morecambe attacked us our defence were a yard off it yesterday. You have to remember Angol played in a Sutton team who got relegated last season and looks like doing the double this year with Morecambe

Farmans has saved us a hell of a lot of points this season, well deserved chant for him at the end. Very bad mistake from Spence, seemed to just drop down for a foul and gave the ball to Dallas, which could have given them a 3rd.

Apparently the stone roses song “across the sands” is about the bluebirds club before the band got decent, might have been an appropriate banner (to put a spin on it) to have one of the lyrics from the song “ohh well never play here again” :P, given Morecambes current state unless they get new owners they’ll struggle in the national league.
