Andy Whing just said on Radio Cumbria that Duru has a stress fracture in his foot and we might not see him again this season. Would be a shame as the lad looked decent going forward

What did he say about Williams? I had it on but was cooking tea and couldn't hear above the sound of sizzling.
Don't let the old man in.

Re: Leo Duru
Whing said he took a knock in training but was more of a precaution. Might be ready for port vale, but more likely the home game with chesterfield. Vassel might be back for that one too.
Not taking a risk with Sam Barnes, but not a serious injury. With everything he's been through, they are being ultra careful so as not to put him back again.

Shame for Duru; in the majority has looked a decent player when he’s been fit
