Has to be injured
Didn't he get a knock right before the Crawley goal ?
No, that was Joe Anderson.

Irrespective of who we ask to play there time has proven wingbacks doesn't work.
Meet the new boss.....same as the old boss.
Barkhuizen at wingback ( if he plays there) he just hasn't done it when playing that role!
Barkhuizen hasn’t had a good run of games to fully judge imo. Gallagher will have seen more and know him better than most having played with him at Preston ya gotta trust his judgement atm

I may be wrong but I don't think he played as wingback at Preston

You can't live in the past Barkhuizen has played enough games and to be honest he's a luxury player WHO has the ability but too often the game passes him by!

Maybe Gallagher can unlock that ability and like I’ve said he knows him better than most. Barkhuizen knows the role he talked about playing it at his previous clubs in his interview when he joined us

So you're assuming he'll be playing more of an attacking role than a defensive one.
I hope you're right as imo he can't defend.

Sounds like Thompson and Powell could be good acquisitions.
