Kendal Town now play in the Northern League Division One and after 5 league games are 19th with a record of W1 D1 L3 F3 with Bailey on 1 goal and 3 games in the FA Cup playing 3 games W1 D1 L1 F5 with Bailey on 2 goals, so 3 goals in 8 games up to date.

You’ve got to question the strength of the defences he’s coming up against at that level. Very different in the Football League.

Signing young Bailey would be excellent news for this forum. We’d have endless weeks of arguing whether he should really be playing in that number 10 role or was in fact just a pile of poo.

Your right it is very different in the FL and he could be a total dud but worth a gamble that would cost next to nowt imo

Don’t think a 6-month deal would hurt if he was open to it. If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work.

Joining us for training and a game or two as a trialist would be better. You'll soon see if he's up to it.
