You can do just that.
Not sure if you have used the legal system I have.
I took the Government to a Tribunal and inspite being told by a Secretary of State he could not help me I actually won and a change in the law was rubber stamped to amend the law by the Supreme Court.

I was told by a High Court Judge that what I proposed over another case was not possible.
The Solicitor I retained said what I wanted was impossible at that point.I asked are you a Freemason because I know a lot in Chambers are normally, it's like dogshit you can smell them a mile off .
Luckily he was not.
I took my case to the solicitors complaints bureau hardly impartial and they found in my favour.

My philosophy is were there is a will there is a way.
No doubt you would have been in the Sir Arthur
Wilson brigade in the first world war when we were loosing ships and it was suggested we use submarine to fight back he said it's unbritish.
Oh yes and I've won in a case in Berlin but the German courts are far better as they cap cost.
I beg to differ.
I only have an LLM from Cambrige and over 30 years experience in contract law.
The devil as they say is in the detail.
You can beg to differ as much as you like.
Boris Johnson ,Starmer , Thatcher all had good University degrees but no common sense.
I found when doing my degree how many people lacked common.sense.
How many cases have you had go to a judgement?
I've had a few .
The German system is far better .

The VSEL fixed holiday strike was a breach of contract but it went through because it was the only way the contract could allow the submarine programme to be late and not be penalised by MOD.

TUPE is fine in legislation but it does not end up protecting people

When I did my degree a Professor said to me a degree is fine but you need a degree of common sense

We just want 30 points from the first 10 games

Pedro.
Can I add Lammy to your list?
With all due respect there's a world of difference between a potential national security threat and a players contract.
I'll agree to disagree re contracts as neither of us know the fine print.
However 100% agree with wanting 30 points from first 10 games!

Certainly can put Lammy .
I do not differentiate on party lines.
I still irk at Jeremy Corbyn s ex bird Diana Abbott years ago promoting Comprehensive Education while sending her son to a private school, then Cambridge and then a job FCO till he assaulted a emergency worker.

In the real world 30 points in 10 games keep the video crap etc.
We saw all that last season equivalent of fiddling while Rome burned.

I wonder if Saturday will see a centre. forward and maybe midfielder trialist.

We don't need one 90% of what's written on here would surely qualify ( excluding my excellent posts) 😂

We really need the season to start and then this may resemble a football club forum (well a bit like one anyway!)

Hope to see something resembling a coherent team!
Fingers crossed.

Today’s training video on the official FB looked fun and great for team bonding. Not saying it wasn’t the same last season but the players really looked like they were enjoying themselves with Murray central to it all. You never know, many of these players from last season may just need that confidence boost from the Manager and clear direction to spark a great season ahead. Some players who may have been thinking about getting away may be thinking this is a Manager I will run through brick walls for.

I am very positive about the season ahead at this early stage. More so than last season for sure.
Still searching for the Young Soul Rebels
