SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The shortlist of finalists will be determined by a panel of judges. The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The finalists will be showcased in a voting gallery and an online public vote will open. Voting is available online only. Votes received outside the specified times will not be counted. Voting times may change. Only one online vote is permitted per person. Plumb Center reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time. Plumb Center reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting. Plumb Center, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
