Massive 3 points against a team fighting against relegation.

Big TV games can take a few hundred of Barrow gates. Noticed that Stockport's gate today was back up by a 1000. I know other things will have had an effect but that Man City v Barcelona game on TV possibly drawing the locals away.

Excellent form.
Good spot. We are top for form table for away performances, the only side not to have lost in their last 5 away games. Tamworth 1-1 was the only draw and the only time we conceded a goal.

Didn't realise that we have only had 5 home games since 1st January. Over 5 games that puts us middle of the form table at home with 3 wins and 2 defeats, defeats against Solihull and that new years day game against Fylde. That seems a long time ago now.

I listened online until the programme finished at 6 but because of the rugby league game and Keith Curle droning on I never heard anything.

Firstly do we need all those comments about Flyde etc etc Just tell the score & then get on with the Barrow game for god sake. As for the game Barrow toughed it out against a lively opposition on a very breeezy day. We did enough end of. Even Man United in their pomp won ugly on many occasion. Just think Flyde etc will be frustrated by our result. It brings as much pressure on them as it does on us if not more!

Cooky was very impressive. Coperthwaite is limited as a left back - always searching for his right foot. Burns played against a very difficult winger he did well....just. Great to see Wilson back but I think he still needs to use a couple of pounds (or is that just my imagination). We don't pressurise opposition in the middle of the park enough - Celtic picked up too many stray balls or knock downs there. But we won against a team who I thought performed far better than Stockport so I'm not complaining.

This is a tough league whoever you play. We have a team who can stand up and take it...most of the time. Be thankful for that. We all know more & better recruits will be needed if we go up but for the time being lets enjoy the ride. It's a lot bloody better than last season!

Wasn't great but another win.
Taylor another clean sheet.
Konaldo got his first win.

We will not lose again this season.

Not a great performance but not awful either as to be honest there was only one result likely and that was a win for us. Haworth MOTM closely followed by Lacey who was also excellent. Great goal to win it. I think five more wins will see us up as champions and it looks likely I will witness the first of those at home to Oxford next week.

Awesome day out with a large exile contingent and really pleased for Denis that he saw his first win.

Not a great performance, but at this stage it's all about points. Credit to Stalybridge who played with good energy and closed us down all over the park. Agreed that Andy Howarth was our best player, with a special mention to Paddy. Fabulous weather, great atmosphere.

As Hadrian says it was on FM. It was a very broken interview with the poor link and a lot of words missing. I missed the start of it being busy and only half listening to the AM frequency expecting it on there before I realised they had gone back to FM.

He did say that the next game was very important and called on the supporters to get behind the team. Pointing out that home games put the players under a lot of pressure to get a result so everyone needs to be behind them. This was in reference to the fantastic support which could still be heard in the background (well done everyone) while the interview aired. Edmo and Woods were very complimentary of the travelling support. It is a shame that the available iplayer programme is the AM frequency without the interview as those that travelled down (and myself) could have listened to the interview in full, retrospectively.

Regarding Walker I'm pretty sure Edmo said he had something wrong with his back, but he did not elaborate on it. They did not want to risk him/didn't see any reason to risk him.
