Cambridge United v Barrow match thread
Re: Cambridge United v Barrow match thread
That's it we are down, officially, other teams have done what our shower of shite haven't done all season and fought to the death, feel absolutely sick and disconnected with this club after all the seasons of conference north, national league and what maybe 2 good seasons out of the 6 in league 2, the board have alot to answer for, it's been nothing but survival since we came up apart from Wilds tenure, can't see us doing well at all with this dross in the national league either.

That's that then! Need a win, Crawley to lose and an 8 goal swing ... Embarrassing

That goal in.the 19th minute of injury time for Newport has sent us down.
Can see Harrogate losing and maybe us winning but Salford ain't beating Crawley 6-0 to help us out

Fair play to Harrogate .. they were dead and buried but showed the character to get 2 unlikely wins.
Today was absolutely heartless from us. We deserve to go down. I would say let’s drag Newport down with us , but they will beat us , they will be up for it ..
Absolute state of this season.

Whilst I agree we are down we are not officially down yet I mean an 8 goal swing would be some task but it’s a funny old game
It’s our club support the club and the name of Bsrrow not this shower of expensively collected shite
It will be our last ever game in the football league (with our structure and mentality we are never coming back)
It’s a real shame that the club have made so many mistakes
Re: Cambridge United v Barrow match thread
I wont be there next week, I cant face it. Fair play to those that go.
Too raw to think what this means for us at the moment. Not just the relegation, but the whole future of the club.
We are miles off it.

What could have been a cup final next Saturday has turned in to a pathetic bow out from league football.

Dead and buried. Get rid of as many as possible.

(with our structure and mentality we are never coming back) You just can't say that, anything can happen in football. And as you say, it's our club to support-I like you will be there next week 'and' next season.Bingo wrote: ↑Sat Apr 25, 2026 5:20 pmWhilst I agree we are down we are not officially down yet I mean an 8 goal swing would be some task but it’s a funny old game

You could look at all games this season for errors etc but look at Fleetwood away, Barnet away, Chesterfield at home, Gillingham, Crawley at home !
We literally could have beaten Harrogate next week but go down on goal difference because all the above shocking mistakes or late goals
