Yes, it's frustrating losing games we ought to win, and yes there are some questions about his buys and some of his substitutions, but he was given a promise by a benevolent chairman. Keep that promise, and stop this destabilising thing now.
Anyone watching how well we played (OK for the first half!) against a team who are now 5th wouldn't want another manager without giving our current one a decent go.
The players were up for it, but one or two are lacking in vital things. Howarth has talent, but as a footballer is a bit thick. Sadly Mellor (a really nice lad) just can't get fit; he was knackered by half time, really gone because he's not naturally athletic. Grimes isn't interested. I could go on...
Mellor can't get fit,Grimes isn't interested? Where supposed to b full time for [SwearFilter] sake.edmo signed these two players, and u can't understand (the panic get rid of edmo,as u put it)?someone else might b a bit thick

Fair enough, but no need to be personal on here I don't think. If you disagree you should learn to spell and get your grammar sorted.
It's naive to chuck the manager at this stage; it's not the premier league, and who is going to steam in and do better?

Personal? You've obviously made sense of his reply as you have replied yourself.

I hate the argument 'who would do better' there would be plenty of people approaching PC for this job.

Fyldes Dave Challinor ! I'm not after Edmo's head but I like him and his signings and his team style of play!

Sorry but thats nonsense. The players for me showed that they are behind Edmo, worked hard and tried their best to make things happen but ultimately we didn't have that bit of quality needed. They didn't celebrate the goal because Cook ran and got the ball out of the net and they all ran back to get the game restarted.

If we're going to criticise people lets at least make it realistic.
The optimistic supporter got it right - the reason nobody knew it was a goal was because NOT ONE player celebrated. Nobody could give a toss. That's how it felt for 70 minutes of the game. Nobody showed they were behind Edmo, all they showed was that they are happy to see out their one year deals on decent wages. We were crap today, one to eleven (so to speak).

Absolute [SwearFilter]. Seriously, have a word with yourself.

Why would they celebrate? We were still losing the [SwearFilter] game so surely a more pressing concern was getting on with things and pushing for an equaliser. The fact they were so quick to want to get on with it again showed far more that they were "giving a toss" than it would've done if they'd slid on their knees a bit and hugged each other.

Depressing.

Started brightly enough then conceded quite unluckily

Game turned on the second, we should have scored, didnt and they broke for 2-0.

Effort was there but the midfield wasnt.

I thought we played ok for a while in the first half - wasn't too impressed with Wrexham

Everything seemed to go against us

I read on Twitter that the players showed no desire to player for Edmo and its repeated on here - these people must have an agenda because I thought the fight and desire was there

I don't know if I can take a month of this nonsense tho - would probably be best if Edmo was to go now - if it's going to happen anyway and it will eventually if not this month - next

they were saying on radio that it looked like players were behind the manager.
They mentioned after second or 3rd goal that cook was on his knees punching the ground.

Let's go and beat guiseley.

As previously said ok until Ashton had to go off, holding our own till then without really threatening Wrexham ,but we dont seem to be able to make the right choices at times, taking too long to decide to shoot allowing opposition to regroup as Charlie said.
As well as lacking in midfield i also think our so called strong at the back defence are poor 34 goals conceded now :(
Yesterday they were beat once again for pace which is worrying and G Williams had his poorest game for us but is not LB. Symington has a bad habit of runing along side of winger without forcing him away from goal,S Williams went missing a lot yesterday ,only Livesey imo did his job.Dixon getting beat on near post bit too often..
Dont know how we are going to turn things around ,the players may be giving their all but they haven't got the quality sorry to say :(

We played nice football for half an hour but Ashton's injury, coupled with the team reshuffle, worked against us; we did not deserve to go in at half time 1-0 down. Newby showed some really nice touches for the second match in a row. Bring on Guisley next week I'm convinced we will get three points.

Look Edmo looks pretty but is a useless Manager.
We never win the league the mighty Fylde lost it where were the in 1969?
I want them to do well this fella is nice but has no idea .
I think he will go after next weeks game if we do not win
Those who think he is doing well need to stop smoking the illegal stuff have heard it sends you stupid.

Again a game when some were there are saying the opposition were not a good team.
Also heard people say this after games such as altrincham and Halifax.
If they are not good teams then we aren't either as they beat us.

In most games in any division majority of the 90 both teams are of level pegging in terms of fight, but you need too create up top and finish your chances . Most games at Holker this season we have not tested the opposition keeper well until 60 mins + which is shocking !'
