You know the answers, and you know why he's been charged.

I do know the answers , yes...and the answer is that none of those are sexist. I suspect he has been charged because a female official has made a complaint and the authorities are shit-scared of the woke culture.
The reason that things have become this bloody awful is because people haven't turned around in the past and said 'give your head a wobble'.

Read paragraphs 45 and 48 of the written reasons to see in short form why what happened happened. There were three panel members, the chair, who is legally qualified, a woman with a long football career who played for Arsenal and England, and a man who played professionally for many years at lower levels, who also managed as well. It is interesting that his playing and managing career partly overlaps with Cooper’s. If they were known to each other, surely that panel member should have recused himself?

Has anyone even took the time to look up what a charge against FA rule E3 is. This puts into context that whatever was said was deemed to include an offensive remark with reference to one of those instances listed. We’ve a long way to go as a society when these things have to be spelled out in rules.

FA Rule E3.1 states:
“A Participant shall at all times act in the best interests of the game and shall not act in any manner which is improper or brings the game into disrepute or use any one, or a combination of, violent conduct, serious foul play, threatening, abusive, indecent or insulting words or behaviour.”
FA Rule E3.2 states:
“A breach of Rule E3.1 is an “Aggravated Breach” where it includes a reference, whether express or implied, to any one or more of the following :- ethnic origin, colour, race, nationality, religion or belief, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation or disability.”

Not when you consider this is his fourth offence, maybe not with women involved, but his 4th offence of sounding off at officials.

When you look at his previous punishments the match bans have all been more than the previous offence.

He has been dealt with slowly not harshly as harsh would've been a 12 match ban.

Not Harshly ? Punishment should fit the crime , surely? [no crime was committed- and this so called judgement is based on a balance of probability not beyond reasonable doubt/ there’s no chance of conviction based on the higher standard ]. Judging by the range of responses on this forum, it’s moot whether Cooper was being sexist. I don’t think he was but I respect the opposite view. I’m all for encouraging equality btw and maybe he should have held his hands up and said sorry- even that would be min 6 match ban, which itself would be incredulous. Worse than that it’s 8!

Maybe he should stick to telling the liner to F off and be punished with a red card and 1 match ban?

He's banned, it is unlikely to be overtuned.

Time to accept it for what it is and move on, bickering about it isn't going to change anything.

I belive his ban is a discrace , spoke to many today who think same.
Commenting about a man's game with 22 men on the pitch means its a man's game.

I've shouted, get up man, soft [SwearFilter], man's game, man up, etc loads of times at games with male and female officials and will continue to do so.
