Surprising how many teams over the years have seemed to do that...

You’ve obviously never played football, he was excellent yesterday, and led the line very well. What planet you on, saying that FFS

Actually Angol looked pretty decent. He can be very much “in and out “ and can be injury prone but he does finish well, something we need to address.

I would also suggest someone like Gwion Edwards is a player we might want to look at. Thing about Adams is that he always seems to get his players performing at their best no matter how limited they are.

Sad thing about Morecambe is that as per last season, even if they were to somehow avoid relegation, all of their players would probably be released anyway because as we know they do not agree a budget until the eleventh hour. By which time, everybody’s out of there.

I wonder if they are on the Whing Commander's radar?

That was one game. Throughout his career wherever he has been he has promised plenty and delivered little. I wouldn’t want him with us next year. Sutton who got relegated loaned him out to Woking last season that tells you all you need to know imo

So he did ok against our make shift defence the same defence people are saying are to slow so let's sign him on, playing well against Barrow doesn't make you a world beater, wonder if Tom White will be back next season after his brilliant pass for Morecambes first goal

It’s only observation and fanciful conjecture of course but l guess it boils down to this:
Would Angol be better than Acquah for us?

No better no worse we need an upgrade not the same. Pressly would be the upgrade IMO.

Don’t think Angol would fit the physical, gritty mould that Whing is apparently looking for. I think it’s more likely that he’ll be after a proven NL striker.

Anyone else seen the report on the game in the Evening Mail or on line it's unbelievable journalism so many mistakes it's laughable.

White is exactly the combative type of player that Whing wants, so i'd be surprised if Whing doesn't try to get him whether Morecambe stay up or go down.

A certain PW might be having the same thoughts not just to Tom White but two or three of our better non contracted players.

Please god no. He was released last season for a reason and I saw nothing on Saturday to change my opinion of him. Did a job for us when we had Ian Evatt but National league is his level imo. Would do a job for Carlisle next season a club he played for as a junior
