If the Irish from up the road are going to cut there wages and peter Murphy comes avaliable he would be a great signing.. A back 3 off grand Duran and him would go nicely for me

I think DE favours 4-4-2 and only played 3 when he was short of options.

To be fair i think we looked strongest and played our best stuff when we had the 3 centre backs of O'Donnell, Williams and Reynolds and then Willis/Burns as wing backs. The only reason we went back to the flat 4 was because O'Donnell went to Australia and we were left without another centre half.

Fully agree ste... Think with 3-5-2 aswell you have more options over the field aswell... As long as your wing backs are fit then jobs sorted in my eyes...

I personally think signing Andy bond would be a backward step as his only main attribute was his box to box play I don't think four years later he can do this now hence him ending playing for Chester

Andy Bond may have lost his way a little maybe lacking confidence and desire! Edmo could be just the man to get his focus back on track, and at only 28 I Still think he could do more than a job in midfield at this level and above. Definitely the calibre of midfielder we should be seeking out if he still wants it that is!
