I was going tonight but the Manchester storms put paid to that - it actually looked a bit drier driving home which is to the west of Manchester so presume no problems in Southport.

Commentators saying that Southport look awful and haven't seen such a poor team before.

Saying that it is not raining at the moment but they can see lightening nearby. Talking about the midges more than the game.

Not surprising then that Southport have conceded more (24) and have the worst goal difference (-18) of any in the league.

That is dire. The new manager Burr has looked to address that and his first couple of signings were defenders, who are playing tonight.
