Debt for equity exchange. I assume the money Paul has previously put into the club has been converted from a loan (which it was previously) to shares. Effectively means the money is no longer due back to Paul as it would technically have been with a loan. May be that theres some favourable US tax consequences of that, or may simply have been a way of writing off the loan. Basically a case of "nothing to see here", but it will have the advantage of making our balance sheet look a bit healthier.

Whilst we're on the financials, Paul mentioned that the losses for the season just gone have halved on the previous season, and revenues gone up don't he previous season, which is a positive step.
