How long does delivery take? ordered on 8th not arrived yet

I ordered my tickets on the 8th , nothing came in the mail. I emailed them; no reply. I then phoned their ticket office on the 16th, they said there was some sort of error and said they would be with me on the 19th at the latest; nothing arrived. I phoned their ticket office yesterday who insisted they were sent out on Monday. To save any more messing about I got them to email me a new set of tickets, which they did. Any that arrive in the mail now are invalid, I don't personally think they were posted in the first place. The lass in the ticket office said they'd had a lot of problems with Stockport fans also not getting their tickets. It seems a complete shambles unless you get them emailed. They also said that they would be opening some sort of desk on the match day to collect tickets where there had been a delivery problem!!! I got my £1.50 delivery back

I ordered seven tickets two weeks ago but not received anything, after a couple of attempts last week to find out what has happened to them....I finally managed to speak with them ten minutes ago. He assured me they’re putting them in the post today....TODAY!

Glad I rung!

If anyone hasn’t received theirs yet I’d suggest ringing them as something has obviously gone wrong.

For anyone with an email address ( i accept some people don't) its simple. Just get them emailed to you and print them off. I had mine in my hand within five minutes of ordering them job done.

I ordered on the 3rd December had nothing rang then Wednesday here Thursday. They hadn’t printed any off. I strongly advise to give them a ring

Ordered mine on the 11th & after contacting them having heard nothing I had an e-mail this morning saying it would be dispatched today

Seven tickets through the door today, not sure why I had to ring them yesterday to find out where they were when I ordered them two weeks ago but at least it’s sorted.
