5th September
We wont be playing on the 5th September due to drawing a Championship team an alternative date will have to be arranged as its International weekend
So does that mean we will be in the draw for the second Round? :D

No as we'll likely play on the 29th August.

It’s a double-edged sword though - without the football being shut down we might not have got promoted to the EFL.

If it is the 29th then that's next week!

One interesting fact the year we left the league in 1972 Derby won their first league championship under Clough and Taylor

My god what a draw. I have just realised I am off work the same day we play Derby. Can anyone help me with tickets?

If on TV could the crossbar show it, club would then get some money.

Should never have started until fans were allowed in why have Russia Hungary and Poland allowed fans back in restricted capacitys though who is goto cover our losses its taken the shine out of us being promoted with not being allowed in to watch games don't make sense as people are in pubs mixing people are in work mixing and supermarkets etc whats the difference just let everyone wear a mask and take everyone's details when buying online tickets

If it was shown in the crossbar or the fans zone that would surely defeat the principle of social distancing.
So it's likely to be a non starter!

Exactly but that's what is happening in pubs anyway, they are showing football

Just proves what a load of nonsense social distancing and mask wearing is.
I went to the local chippy yesterday, none of the six staff working behind the counter had masks on The place was packed with people sitting down and eating and no one had a mask on but me and another guy standing right next to them at the counter had to wear face coverings because we were getting takeaway. Ridiculous.

If its the TV game then pubs will be busy, I'll watch it at home thanks. It is a shame about fans in grounds but all clubs are in the same boat really. Would have been a great away day. Lets face it, not many people will give us a chance in that match. We don't know (or DD) what the best starting 11 is yet, we are probably short a few players in the squad but it'll be great experience for the team. We'd be selling out our ground if we got Derby in the FA cup or tbh in this cup at home because they are a big team and have W.Rooney
