"...the demand to win becomes a negative energy..." - what a good summation of the position. No indication in there that he's even close to moving on but "3 to 4 windows" to sort it out would try the patience of a saint.

Last season was the culmination of poor decision upon poor decision that spanned back a couple of years. The rot had set in long before last summer, we've been largely terrible since the January of Wild's last season. Murray's correct, you can't fix that duration of poor performance overnight. At some point we're going to have to grit our teeth and persevere otherwise we'll continue this endless spiral.

The manager should be coming out with positivity no matter what the situation. He’s coming over so negative and that has to manifest itself on the team. I’m really not warming to the man!

Absolutely not. He is managing expectations. If we get built up week after week only to be knocked down it soon becomes wearisome and frustration and anger the greater.

It just seems like an interview of a manager thats under pressure and potentially on the way out. We saw these interviews multiple times last season.
I get the feeling hes trying to import Kidderminster into Barrow. He might as well not have left them.
I don’t get the feeling he knows his best system/team. Make no mistake this is his squad, he has put it together. Its up to him to get it working.
Playing Raglan all pre season then saying he is free to leave 2 games into the season is bizarre.

So basically you want him to be untruthful about the situation and sugar coat things?
TBH how unpalatable it might be he is being honest. The club is in a mess. We have players still with us that are preventing us and as Murray said in the interview meaning we are missing out on targets. He said two in recent days had gone elsewhere
Yes we have parachute money but our major shareholder (40%) In Shearer is no longer involved.
We need results and we need them quickly or folk will quickly lose interest and in turn the club lose revenue

Just looking at the on-field matters, things that a Manager, recruitment team and analysts can look at, and you still get to the same conclusion. We don't score enough goals. 5 windows, 5 coaches later? The first thing that jumps out looking at the last two seasons results.

A very frustrated man by the sounds of it not being able to bring in some extra reinforcements.
Raglan was absolutely useless last season , given a clean slate in pre season by most but let’s not suddenly pretend he’s a world beater
That being said he’s signed 10 players with a good budget as he’s said himself , so again maybe he needs to look at his own recruitment.
Will all end in tears if he keeps coming out with these jabs at the board and wider club..

It’s all well and good him being a frustrated manager,believe me Murray I’m a frustrated supporter of many years for 2 reasons,firstly you talk shite in your interviews and secondly you brought in some terrible players,yes you signed them.

If they were on a massive wage they'll be under no rush to go.
Don't understand WHY the contracts didn't stipulate that if we were relegated the club could terminate them or keep the players if they wanted to stay !
Also why didn't the club realise that at least a couple wouldn't leave because of this poor decision?
We're told we had a top 10 budget BUT is this before or after player's have left!
As I said something isn't right!
If we can't sign any more player's then we've had it !
