We started well but then lost our way then lane missed a sitter right on half time!

A tough watch that very little quality. Started ok but aldershot have been in control and but for Winterbottom and two good saves could be 2-0 up. Hard with the wind and second half should be easier but we just aren’t a team. Misplaced passes, long balls into the wind and struggling to clear at times. Good play at the end from
Ward and lane but that’s been the only time we’ve got it down. For big lads Latty Fairweather and Harper are absolute powder puff.

This is torture - several times we have been in a decent position and went backwards to Digie who then goes back to Winterbottom to launch it forwards.
Lane can do nothing with these high aimless balls what are we trying to do? Needs a big man up there to play with him if that’s our tactics

Very much against the run of play, Oakley saved us just before that with a great tackle. Decent finish from Harper. Now can we hold on and see it out without trying to hang on and defend.
