Re: i follow
Tried four times, wouldn’t connect, gave up trying.
Re: i follow
Just had an email saying full refund for yesterday.
Re: i follow
Close enough, if I get anything back I’ll just buy raffle tickets with it. Got to see 60mins of the match.

Well it wasn't for me, got maybe 2 minutes of the whole game when Barrow had a free kick that was palmed on the bar - that was it.JammyBluebird wrote: ↑Sun Nov 15, 2020 8:14 amIt was an outage for all clubs not just Barrow. And by registering through the other team you're giving them money instead of BarrowSayitagainSam wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 5:23 pm Saw 2nd half by registering with Cambridge and paying another tenner.
£20 for 45 minutes.
For future away games, will do same again. Free tip of the day.
Don't quite understand why some had spooling only with Barrow and others viewed the game OK?![]()
Outage lasted for first 15 mins, AJ said on commentary at around 20 mins that all service was restored.
It is only the away games that I seem to have a problem with but at least I can listed to Adam using the audio link

Re: i follow
All those words (and bad grammar) to say 'Sorry, iFollow didn't work as it should on Saturday. We'll be in touch to arrange a refund'.
Don't let the old man in.
Re: i follow
Not necessarily offering a full refund.

Got £10 paid back into my bank account from the Grimsby away game when I didn`t get picture so they do refunds. I e-mailed them but at first were not interested saying they had no problems that night with the Grimsby match I just kept e-mailing them saying I was not happy not getting refund. The refund was paid back tonight.

Re: i follow
Does anybody know what is happening with regards to season ticket holders who at the moment get a code for all home games.Apparently from the Forest Green match onwards we are supposed to be given free access on iFollow without the need to input a code.Although I have given Barrow my email address to pass onto iFollow to date I have heard nothing from iFollow saying that they know that I am a season ticket holder and will be given free acess. I would be grateful if anyone has any further information regarding this.

the last date for people to confirm e-mails to the club was last Friday - so i'd guess today or tomorrow it will be sorted out.Methuselah wrote: ↑Mon Nov 16, 2020 1:16 am Does anybody know what is happening with regards to season ticket holders who at the moment get a code for all home games.Apparently from the Forest Green match onwards we are supposed to be given free access on iFollow without the need to input a code.Although I have given Barrow my email address to pass onto iFollow to date I have heard nothing from iFollow saying that they know that I am a season ticket holder and will be given free acess. They can't simply "not do refunds", that is against consumer law.
You are paying for a service and if they don't provide it then you are fully entitled to a refund. If they refuse and you are set on getting a refund, you threaten then with taking it further and do so if they still don't back down.
No organisation selling a service can simply have s policy of no refunds, that's illegal.
