Jeff King looked a very good player last week against Halifax.

Kyle Ferguson @kyoferg has rejected our offer & will be signing for an EFL club.
Apparently Northampton, Salford and Barrow are interested.
22 years old and is the son of Barry Ferguson who played for Rangers, he is a 6’ 5” defender

According to Halifax they moved quickly to appoint Millington to stop several of their star players moving on and to stop their squad being broken up ,wonder where they might have been heading

Halifax fan here, Kian isn't out of contract, we have a years option on him. Would have to pay a transfer fee for him.
I'm surprised you haven't mentioned that none of PW back room staff are following him up the M6. I do wonder if PW just expected everyone to follow him.

Platt under 24, offered a new contract.
Is a fee required under the Bosman ruling?

Don't most NL players contracts run until the end of May? If so we might see some movement on signings in the next few days.

Reading on the Alty forum because Ferguson is 22 and they offered him a new contract they would be entitled to 'compensation'. However the figure is based on how much development the selling club has put in and he has only been with them since the turn of the year.Perhaps we could offer them some of our 'deadwood' in exchange as they are going full-time (perhaps season long loan).

yeah - he only joined them in February so shouldn't be too much. Maybe they'd be interested in getting James Jones back?
