Just changed in the last hour or so that.

No decision for the following weekend though.......

Like the soccer they are consistently inconsistent.

A couple of weeks ago it was definitely shut off all day as I was stuck in it and had to go down the A6 through Garstang. The queues on the M6 South were huge and delays were many hours.
