Well, looking at the list of managers ofered by William Hill, for example, I would go for
Paul Tisdale, Colin Calderwood or John Sheridan. However, the first two are very much southern based and all are probably (excuse 'little Barrow' syndrome) out of our range.
Tisdale has been a hot mess outside of Exeter. Isn't Sheridan always getting sacked by somebody? How he keeps on getting employed is beyond me.
Tisdale is hotly tipped to be getting the Leyton Orient job
John Sheridan I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole

I don't believe anyone on that list is out of our range, we really do need to stop thinking like that, taking Barrow into a new era is an exciting proposition for any manager
I was thinking realistically of how much we can afford. I would like a smart BMW but can only afford a Skoda.
A Skoda is reliable, John Sheridan is probably more comparible to a Ford Ka thats been found burnt out in some derelict land.

Seems more likely - Tisdale would get a nosebleed if he went north of Milton Keynes.

Sheridan was a disaster at Carlisle and has got worse since. No thanks!

I would be happy with Ardley. Don't want Murray or Sheridan.

Totally agree Adam.I just hope whoever we end up with can inspire and motivate our team onto bigger and better things. As somebody who has supported Barrow since the early 1960,s I would just like to prove all the naysayers wrong who say that Barrow will never achieve anything because in their eyes we live at the end of a 36 mile cul-de- sac.Barrow is better than that.
"naysayers wrong who say that Barrow will never achieve anything because in their eyes we live at the end of a 36 mile cul-de- sac"
The 'naysayers' being our fellow Cumbrian EFL outfit up the road who are miles from anywhere except Scotland.

It may be true in the long run, but putting on a fake 'club announcement' likes that confirms the opinion of others that you are a troll!

Fabricating a club Twitter post. Is that not a ‘banning ‘ offence?
