Wholesale changes required. New management team to put a rocket up ar$e$ as well as probably at least 4 or 5 new players. I hope Hornby is true to his word when it comes to the finances etc because getting out of this mess is going to cost a bomb. I agree with an earlier post, nice guy Dave has ruined this team.

Should probably know this by know baring in mind how long they’ve been in charge but where is this money coming from? I didn’t think any of the board were minted (in relative terms)?

Everyone here wants them to do well, but certain players are not playing well at all. I back them and have done over and over again for 20 years, through awful performances and excellent ones.
Voicing opinions and concerns does not mean not supporting, but if it's awful we have every right to say so. Especially as 10% owners of the club. We all put our hard earned cash into this club, just like the other owners, and have a right to judge the performances of our employees.
Or we could all be smiley and applaud [SwearFilter] poor performances as we slip slowly back into obscurity for another 50+ years. We are losing games to bang average teams because of bad management, bad signings and substandard performances.
Will still be there cheering the club on come Saturday.

Whoever they bring in manager wise-they are basically going to have to be a miracle worker, with plenty of money to try and work those miracles.
If the monies needed to bring in at least four new good quality players is not made available it'll be hello National league north before to long-a league some were saying was our natural level not too long ago.

We’ve backed them all season and they’ve under performed in 85% of those games. Players looking uninterested doesn’t seem like they are try to win games. You’re correct in saying last year has gone but we’ve still got the same team with the addition of what is becoming more and more clear drift wood. Playing with the same high intensity as last year we would be sitting mid table comfortably but we aren’t so we have every right to scrutinise and criticise the team.

I think Tony Shearer comes with good money behind him. CEO of a big US company that he led from $2bn to $15bn in revenue will be paying huge stock and reward packages. Probably public if you looked hard enough in director emoluments.

As I have said a few time we as fans own 10% off the club so it is up to us fans as well to find some more money as well going forward it’s not just up to the four that are on the board it is up to us as well

A few people correctly mentioning the lack of intensity and Beadling and Biggins performances, let's not leave out the Taylor's from that criticism. The midfield are desperately poor without the ball and even worse with it. If we don't get close to the opposition it's going to put any defence under pressure.
3 points for them and another Southend win, not a good night for us at all.

I honestly don’t think half of this team could muster a football brain between them. Kay normally, followed by Brown and now Beadling wants in.

Some serious changes needed when the new bloke comes in. Having said that, you’d have to be a miracle worker just to find a club that’ll take half of these on loan.

looks like the players would rather be back in non-league and looking at the league table can`t see any of the teams up to Grimsby going down so its 2 from 5, Bradford will spend to get out of it, Southend can now play players after the embargo finished, so that leaves just 2 from 3 Grimsby Barrow & Stevenage so finishing 22nd will do.
