Any extra away subscribers after the 500 go to the away club

They get all home subscriptions PLUS the first 500 away subscriptions after which the away club gets the balance.

All of the iFollow income apart from VAT (hence £8.50ish) goes to the clubs. The home team gets all the income from their sales. The away team gives the first 500 of their sales to the home club then keeps anything over that. Cambridge sell 1100-1200 for most saturday away matches and 100-200 less mid week. Sales to home fans at home matches are up to 500 - 600 on top of the 1650 season tickets that give a pass. Then we get up to 500 from the away sales. It's been an important income for us this season.

Season ticket sales were limited to our Covid capacity.

Quite a few away clubs fail to sell 500 but the likes of Bradford and Bolton have big sales.

Could be doing a whole lot better Jonty... £13,000 lost on the Bolton game alone. All I-follow sales should go to the home side IMO the same as would be the case with supporters in the ground during normal times.

Good point, i was thinking along the lines of how many 500+ away followings we would actually get at HS compared with how many are watching on ifollow.

At one point I tried listening to Adam on Freeview thru the TV whilst watching on my laptop with sound muted, but there was a delay - oddly, the picture was a second or two behind Adam's commentary.

It's quite normal for there to be a delay with streamed pictures. Often Flashscore shows a goal has been scored before you actually get to see it happen.

Hi everybody,
I'm sure this question has been answered in a previous message but l'm wondering how l go about claiming a pre-booked game on i follow, the game in question was tonight's game against Grimsby which was cancelled in February ?. l jumped the gun and purchased the game the day before on the Monday.
