Bloody rubbish we should have atleast scored first half but we didnt take our chances.

Second half we did nothing apart from blast a couple over the bar.

This isnt good enough im not sure our management team are good enough considering how poor this league is.

Fair play to Deasy made a couple of good saves and appriciated the support from us. So much for Edmo and Meeks calling him a pub league keeper!

Very dissappointed.

The start we have had, the lack of goals and results to some extent are irrelevant to me. It is the shite we have to watch that really boils my [SwearFilter]!

Plenty of chances but a lack of being able to convert them has cost us, again. Two penalty misses last week and from the sound of it, enough chances to take the three points today. Looking at it like that, that's four points dropped in the space of a week. Not sure whether it's a bit of bad luck or just that the players we have are short of that bit of quality to find the net on a more regular basis.

I think this is probably our true position in terms of where we are in the league with the players we have at the moment.

Symington seemed to have a decent game, only fair to mention that with the stick he's recently had.
If you're winning 2 or 3 nil, bringing a young "prospect" on for a 5 minute cameo, is fair enough, but bringing the same lad on to try and salvage the game with 5 minutes to go is just idiotic management, especially given that making the substitution itself will probably burn up one of those minutes. Honestly, I really do wonder what Edmo is thinking at times.

We are yet to have a two goal cushion this season I believe.

We have only scored more than one goal in a game on 2 occasions.

This is our true position and I don't think he can get any more out of them.

I think we fans are actually not sure what to expect. Surely more than this?
"To achieve anything and to get to the Football League, we have to expect to win every game. I've got to get everyone believing that we can, and I will work hard to embed that mentality into the players, the town, the board and whoever else” Ian Evatt.

That.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Not sure about that Nige - we should have enough up front with Cookie, Jase, Grimes & Wilson to have doubled our goals for column.

How on Earth Grimes can't get a start is beyond me. He'll end up going elsewhere and getting a hatful.
Popular side since '03.

It sums the whole day up when you spend more time talking to the opposition goal keeper (Tim Deasy) than you do any of our current team.

Us v them.

There is no unity between the current squad and fans.

The last 10mins our support was flat that wouldn't have happened years ago the soul of the club is being sucked out.

Rant over.

I'm beginning to feel the same way, that he can't "get any more out of them". Any last remaining dregs of optimism surrounding the club have now dried up. There is a distinctly flat feeling around Holker Street. Things now need freshening up. If Mr. Casson is serious about the club progressing, it's time for a change.

Totally agree I'll be there Tuesday but like you which barrow will turn up?
I don't honesty know how we are going to turn things around this isn't a panic statement I genuinely think meechan, edmo aren't up to it and I think that shown in the quality of the squad they have put together and how does he explain mellor forfana grimes (they should be shipped out as they are obviously not in his plans)
It's not just the quality it's the way we are set up (can only speak of the home games) its so predictable and lacks passion you can tell the players aren't enjoying it.

Yes I would agree with Wilson but he's not had a lot of game time so he's going to need time, Jase for all his hard work just doesn't seem to be the same player from a few seasons ago and yes grimes was a good goalscorer but look at the last few seasons so really all we have is cookey!
