Absolutely agree. Always a hard watch away commentary but these two are probably the worst.

So frustrating last week we looked fairly solid, so WHY change it ? Keep it tight then change the formation to attack mode!, To start with a back 4 without McClelland and play both Warren and Ray is asking for it !

Wilds team selection cost us today. Interestingly he never started with any of our loan players today. Was that him looking towards next season when we won’t have Sam Mc Neal or young ?
Warren in a flat back 4 does not work. He scares the life out of the rest of the defenders forcing them into making mistakes with his poor positional play and lack of concentration. Feely should have started IMO and Sam Mc instead of Ray. Warren needs offloading before next season

I was thinking that but surely while we had a slim chance of the playoffs he took a huge gamble that's backfired and also let down hundreds of fans who have spent a lot of money for nothing!

I believe one of our supporters told Pete Wild where to go and also our players at the end of the match. This is totally uncalled for and unacceptable.Like Pete Wild said those kind of people shouldn't even bother coming to the game.Think where we were this time in the last two seasons and where we are now.
Crewe are on a bit of a roll and it was a banana skin waiting to happen and did it.For Ray to give them the first penalty when he had already bern warned is just stupid. Then for the team to give away a second one was just stupid. We have to stop giving teams a leg up.The other thing that Pete Wild said was that we had plenty of crosses, but it is no good if nobody us getting on the end of them. That is down to the players, not Pete Wild.Hopefully we can bring somebody in next season to convert those chances.
The only mistake that Pete Wild admitted was that he had so many defenders on the bench he decided decided to give McClelland a rest, but would it have made a lot of difference because what was obvious is that we needed to convert the chances up front.Hopefully this was a blip which will be rectified against Crawley at Holker St on Monday.

Listening to Wilds after match interview he “intimated” that collectively this season and he included himself they haven’t been good enough for play offs but Is striving for a top 10 finish which ( and I agree with) is progress and great strides have been made. It’s up to him he said to improve us again next season and continue to move the club. forward.

In a disappointing outing for Barrow, they lost 3-0 to Crewe Alexandra in their latest League Two fixture. The game started off on the wrong foot for Barrow as they conceded an early penalty when George Ray brought down his man in the box. The penalty was scored, but the referee didn't order a retake due to player encroachment.

Barrow tried to get back into the game and control possession but struggled to create any meaningful chances. They were dealt another blow when Foley slid in and took down his man, conceding another penalty which Crewe capitalised on.

In the second half, Barrow continued to control possession but failed to make any impact on the scoreline. However, their fans' frustration boiled over when one of them ran onto the pitch and attempted to take a Crewe goal kick, which disrupted play.

As Barrow pushed forward in search of a goal, Crewe capitalised on the space left behind and scored a third goal late in the game. The result leaves Barrow six points outside the playoffs and facing an uphill battle to secure promotion to League One.

Overall, it was a disappointing performance from Barrow, who will need to improve quickly if they want to keep their promotion dreams alive.
