Think he's exactly what we need, gonna be some bruised ego's in that training ground/dressing room, he's known for being abit of a hot head and not skirting around the truth, he will probably turn us into a really nasty side to face now which is what we've lacked for some time.

Funny this one , myself and a few friends were on about him Tuesday. We have followed his efforts for years back when we were really bad and needed someone and he always seemed the ideal candidate for the job.
He won’t take any rubbish from anyone , he will drive the standards and it’ll be his way or the highway if you’re not up to it. He’s a scary man
We aren’t going to turn into Barcelona, or the Edmolution but we will find a bit of nastiness from him.
His record speaks for it’s self in this situation

Mistakes have been made but the owners have acted quickly on this. The Barrow footballing public need to get there on Saturday and back the club, manager and players.

I know, but I just found myself agreeing with what he was saying, he knows we are in trouble, he knows the players need confidence boost and a rocket in equal measure. Think Dino will have them chasing down everthing and we’ll certainly hear him on the sidelines.
We’ll see. Actually looking forward to the game on Saturday when earlier today I was dreading it.

I did wonder if Dave Bayliss might come as assistant coach
He was at Shrewsbury scouting .
Dino has been out of Management so not sure he will be able to get a assistant coach.
