Something definitely has to be done, seeing as out Board are happy to sweep it under the carpet it's up to the fans!
Do you know what time?

I know you probably meant it light-heartedly but, do you honestly think for one minute that Matt would ever consider coming down here after reading all the bile on this site aimed at Dave and the Board from you morons.

I simply want to hear if there is any financial implication of him leaving - either by resignation or sacking.

Mind their season tickets won't be valid for cup games. If they are keen enough to have a season ticket I guess most will pay anyway.
I wonder if we have 125 season tickets...

There's a financial implication of him being in charge. On gates of 500 we are losing about £3000 every game.
When Carlisle sacked their manager one of the reasons given was they could no longer put up with losing money when their attendances fell.

They were probably keen to have a season ticket at the start of the season. I reckon if most could go back in time they wouldn't have bothered...

I do get your point and wouldn't argue against it but remember that many people seem to be coupling their absence from the games with not just the manager but also the board. Would 300 return immediately if Bayliss went? I think it is clear that it won't be enough for many people.
I honestly despair of where the board have taken their advice from on this situation. I can't think of a way they could have handled it worse!

My ire is directed entirely towards the board.
If Bayliss was sacked tomorrow, I still wouldn't return until another party was in control of the club
or there was enough new board members to dilute the strength of the current board members.

All those on this site,(are you one of them barralou) who enjoy casting vitriol and who habitually fill their own minds with the rank poisons of suspicion and hatred and try to spread It, as a rule, take umbrage at those who refuse to do likewise and they find a perverted relief in trying to denigrate them.
Who on Earth is enjoying any of this?

When I was banned for three years from the club I have supported all my life Brian Keen said this.
What can you say? He’s basically hung himself hasn't he. He’s done himself no favours, his friends or us as a club.
I just hope he learns his lesson and others take heed of what can happen. In general we have the best fans of any club but it is sad that you always get that minority who try and ruin it for everyone else and totally let us and themselves down.
I have never so much said a bad word to anyone connected with our club never mind starting on someone then making out that one of our own supporters is a liar.... In fact quite the opposite, It was my honesty that got me banned. I paid the price for that and now it sickens me to know that our own manager and close colleague of Brian can threaten and attack one of our good fans then nothing at all happen.. in fact deny that it even happened when it quite obviously did.
This.
Who's letting the club down now Brian?

Just a reminder but can all posters keep to the topic in question and not resort to personal abuse as abusive posts will be edited or removed.
I'm absolutely staggered by DB's comments which are completely untrue. Will the board members in the meeting back-up those comments by Bayliss - it wouldn't surprise me if they did? Chris may have said the incident shouldn't have happened but no way did he withdraw the complaint because he was lying.
If it was lies why are there numerous other witnesses who will back up what Chris has said?
Has anyone from the club actually asked for other witnesses or their statements? No they haven't and I think we all know why.
Bayliss should have just kept his gob shut as this will do untold damage to the club.
